The Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change announced the details of the 'My New Home' campaign for those who want to own a house for the first time.

Within the scope of the campaign, Turkey will be divided into three regions. The maturity of the loan will be 15 years and the interest rate will start from 0,69 percent. The purchased houses will not be sold for 5 years. In İzmir, loans up to a maximum of 3 million TL can be withdrawn. Within the scope of the campaign, Istanbul was determined as the 1st region, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin and Muğla as the 2nd region, and all other provinces as the 3rd region.

The representatives of the construction sector, whose opinions we consulted on the subject, stated that the announced campaign was a pleasing development for the sector, and that the stagnant market would become active.
