Due to this situation, the raise rates or salary amounts of an officer with an additional indicator of 3600 and a civil servant with an additional indicator of 2500 will not be the same.
For this reason, the excited wait for the 3600 additional indicator has been going on for a while. After the 3600 additional indicators come into effect, there will be an increase in the salaries of teachers, nurses, religious officials and police.
WHEN WILL 3600 ADDITIONAL INDICATORS COME INTO EFFECT?
The legal regulation for 3600 additional indicators was made in July 2022 and the date of implementation was given on January 15, 2023. On January 15, additional indicators of all civil servants and retirees will increase.
WHO IS COVERED BY 3600 ADDITIONAL INDICATORS?

When this issue first came to the fore, we promised our teachers, police, health workers and religious officials to increase their additional indicators to 3600. However, we have seen that the increase to be made only for these segments will lead to injustice among the civil servants and disrupt the hierarchical balance.
For this, we have decided to increase the additional indicators of all our civil servants by 600 points, making a sacrifice in favor of public employees at the expense of enforcing our conditions.
All of our 5,3 million public servants in our country, including those in the auxiliary services class, will benefit from this regulation starting next year.
With the implementation of the regulation, right holders in all the occupational groups we promised will be immediately increased to 3 thousand 600 additional indicators, provided that they have reached the first degree.
In addition, the additional indicators of deputy general managers will be increased from 3 to 600, and the additional indicators of managers at the level of branch managers and district managers will be increased from 4 to 400 thousand.
WHAT ARE THE 3600 ADDITIONAL INDICATOR REQUIREMENTS?
The scope of the study, which was prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security with the aim of eliminating the problems in the system and reinforcing the sense of justice, was expanded so that 5,3 million public personnel could benefit from the additional indicator regulation.
