Thus, an investment of 20 billion 112 TL has been brought to İzmir in the last 909 years.”

The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure made a statement about the investments made in İzmir. In the statement, which stated that there was 2003 kilometers of divided roads in İzmir in 430, “We have increased this road length to 529 kilometers in total by making 959 kilometers of divided roads. We also increased the BSK-paved road length, which we took 367 kilometers, to 972 kilometers in total. Between 2003 and 2022, the Istanbul-Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Highway Project with a length of 426 kilometers, the Menemen-Aliağa-Çandarlı Highway with a total length of 56 kilometers, 40 kilometers of which are highways and 96 kilometers of connection roads, İzmir Ring Road, Konak Tunnel, and urban and urban areas. We have completed projects that increase the comfort of transportation between cities and offered them to the people of Izmir. Our work continues rapidly to complete our projects, including the ongoing Torbalı-Ödemiş-Kiraz Road, Selçuk-Ortaklar-Aydın Road, İzmir-Turgutlu Junction-Kemalpaşa-Torbalı Road projects.

WORKS CONTINUE ON ANKARA-IZMIR SPEED TRAIN LINE

In the statement, it was stated that İzmir was connected from one end to the other with the İZBAN project, which was made in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, TCDD and İzmir Metropolitan Municipality in order to produce a permanent solution to the traffic problem of İzmir.
