WHAT IS DETOX? HOW TO APPLY?

3 DAY WINTER DETOX

BREAKFAST:

  • ½ apple
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoons of pomegranate
  • 1 teaspoon of yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed

You can chop all the fruits in yogurt and throw flaxseed on it and consume it.

Snack: 4 whole walnuts or 15 almonds

LUNCH:

  • Half bowl of vegetable soup
  • 2 slices of cheese salad
  • 1 slice of brown bread

DREAM MEAL: 1 portion of fruit (1 apple or 1 pear or 1 orange or ½ banana or ½ persimmon or 2 medina dates)

DINNER:

Detox smoothie

  • ½ apple
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
