The drawing of lots, which started on November 7, continues in stages for the project "My First Home, My First Workplace", the biggest social housing move in the history of the Republic, implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and TOKİ. The beneficiaries of 3 thousand 30 residences in 62 provinces in total in the first 928 stages were determined by the exchange rates drawn in the presence of a notary public. On a category basis, 1.220 families of martyrs and veterans, 5 disabled citizens, 408 retirees, 14 young people and 495 other categories of citizens became entitled as principal and substitute. The 26th stage social housing lottery will be held between 422-18 December 961 for 4 thousand 12 residences in 19 provinces.

The first 13 stages of drawing lots in the project "My First Home, My First Place of Work", announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on September 7 and the first drawings started with the provinces of Ardahan and Şırnak on November 2022, 3, ended in 30 provinces. The draws for the first 3 stages will take place between 7 November and 7 December in Şırnak, Ardahan, Kars, Siirt, Iğdır, Batman, Ağrı, Mardin, Van, Şanlıurfa, Hakkari, Adıyaman, Bingöl, Bitlis, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Gaziantep, It was held in the presence of a notary public in the provinces of Kilis, Malatya, Muş, Tunceli, Bolu, Karaman, Düzce, Zonguldak, Bartın, Karabük and Konya.

The distribution and draw dates by province for 7 beneficiaries to be held in 15 provinces are as follows:
12-14 December 2022: Samsun 4 thousand 450 residences
13 December 2022: 1150 residences in Amasya
14-15 December 2022: 2 thousand 160 houses in Çorum
15-16 December 2022: Ordu 2 thousand 50 houses
16-18 December 2022: 2 thousand 706 houses in Sivas
17 December 2022: 1550 residences in Giresun
19 December 2022: Tokat 1500 residences
“It is planned to complete all the lots for residences by March 2023”
Within the scope of the project, it is planned to withdraw 81 thousand social housing in 250 provinces in stages until March 2023 and to determine the beneficiaries.
