Izmir Metropolitan Municipality continues to use digital technology in the field of accessibility. The Metropolitan Municipality, which also receives the demands and complaints of the citizens through social media, has now put the corporate WhatsApp Hotline numbered 05309194035 into service. Izmir residents will now be able to reach all the answers they need via WhatsApp. With the corporate WhatsApp application, the answers with 17 services, which are optimized for the stereotypical questions determined by the citizens, will be one click away.
How is it working?
When people of Izmir send a message to +905309194035 via WhatsApp, they are greeted with the reply "Welcome to Izmir Metropolitan Municipality". Immediately after, “How can I help you?” Under the option Request/Complaint, Apply/Inform and Transportation tabs appear. In the Demand/Complaint section, the demands and complaints of the citizens are received.
