“Meeting of Metropolitan Municipalities City Theaters”, which was held with the participation of the city theaters of 9 cities, started. The event, which was opened with the Azizname play by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters, will continue until 29 December.
Organized by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters (İzBBŞT), the “Meeting of Metropolitan Municipalities City Theaters” started with Azizname at İzBBŞT İsmet İnönü Stage. İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Ertuğrul Günay, İzmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters General Artistic Director Yücel Erten, Antalya Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters General Artistic Director Mehmet Özgür, Adana Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters General Art Director Önder Özcan, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters General Art Director Ayşegül İşsever, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters Artistic Director Neşe Karataş Erdil, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters Artistic Director Aydın Sigalı, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality City Theater General Artistic Director Mehmet Ali Open, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality City Theater General Art Director Ozan Özdemir, bureaucrats and art lovers watched.

Art lovers showed great interest in the meeting, where the metropolitan municipalities of Istanbul, Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Bursa, Denizli, Eskişehir, Kocaeli and Mersin were hosted with the plays of the city theaters. All tickets for the plays to be staged in the event, which aims to encourage the training of new local playwrights and increase the cooperation between public theaters, were sold out days ago. The Meeting of Metropolitan Municipalities City Theaters will continue on December 13 with the play "Let My Husband Be As Much As A Fly" by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality City Theatres.
