İMAMOĞLU: “WHEN I LOOKED AT THE LIST FROM ABOVE AND DOWN, READING POETRY COMMITTED TO ME”

Saying, “When I looked at the list from top to bottom, I thought of reading poetry,” İmamoğlu read the districts and neighborhoods where the nurseries they opened are located in the form of poetry. İmamoğlu said, “Our poem is based on these 11 kindergartens. Really, this list sounds like a poem to me, and like a poem, it actually makes me feel my humanity. It also stimulates my emotions. This list of the kindergartens we opened today makes me very proud. We must equalize our children. No matter where they live in Istanbul, our children should feel that they are the children of this nation and we should not miss anything from them.” Emphasizing that as IMM, they provide very important services in this sense, İmamoğlu said, “Because the Republic means equality and justice for children first and foremost. We need to feel this concept of the Republic,” he said. Pointing out that Turkey is looking for a great equality, especially in terms of education, İmamoğlu said, “Equality of opportunity in education has really been destroyed. If you hear or see the data, it will hurt your heart. There are such gaps… However, the children of this country can perform miracles when they are equal. Today, those who are the architects of inequality, as individuals of our state and nation, can and have access to the highest authorities of our country. The only reason for this is the principle of equality of the Republic," he said.

“WE SAVING ISTANBUL FROM THIS MIND, WE ENDED THE WASTE AND ABUSE SCHEDULE”

Stating that despite the inequality of opportunity created by the rulers of the country, they continue to struggle as İBB, and said: "The fact that they have ruled Istanbul for 25 years, not opening a single nursery or a single student dormitory, or in an open, transparent, inclusive and wide scale. not granting a scholarship to a single student… We strive to deliver the most efficient and correct service to our people, by saving Istanbul from this mindset, putting an end to the waste and exploitation system, and organizing a plentiful budget. All the children of these lands, from their most remote village to the heart of Ataşehir, are the children of the Republic. It is our children who should be given equal education opportunities in the name of serving this country and this humanity, regardless of their personal characteristics, their mothers, fathers, beliefs, political views. We have never been a spectator of this bad process. We know how valuable it is for this country to open 150 kindergartens in 150 neighborhoods in Istanbul.”

“WE WILL MAKE THIS COUNTRY A HEAVEN FOR ITS PEOPLE”

including Ataşehir; KadıköySharing the information that they will put the Dudullu-Bostancı metro line, including Ümraniye and Maltepe into service on January 6, 2023, with the participation of CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, İmamoğlu ended his speech with the following words: “What am I doing? I'm looking at my job, I'm talking about my job. So we will continue to do our job. We will change this order. This land is heaven. We will make this land a paradise for its people; We will make it like a paradise for 85 million people and 16 million Istanbulites. A city or a country where only a few people are blessed does not make its people happy. We will walk with determination to become managers who make people happy. Of course, we are all accountable before the Supreme Court of the Republic of Turkey. We are all accountable before the supervisory institutions of the Republic of Turkey, before honest inspectors, and we are honored to be audited. For it is part of our duty; but provided that the universal principles of right, law and justice are applied. Otherwise, we will continue to fight for our dignity against their unlawful interventions to the end. God is witness, my countrymen are also witnesses; We may be missing, we may be wrong. But we did not, and will not, do anything that would violate the rights of a single person. In other words, we will not violate anyone's rights, nor will we violate the rights of 16 million of our citizens. Very clear. With this understanding, we continue on our way. Have no worries. Let your face smile. May every passing hope of our children grow. May the hope of our youth grow day by day. Mothers and fathers, look to the future with hope. Get bigger. We are entering a very good year. Happy new year in advance. Everything will be great in 100, in the 2023th year of our Republic.”

TORUN: “ISTANBUL WILL MEET MORE FINE SERVICES”

Saying, “We are in a very meaningful and beautiful opening,” said Erkek, “Our Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality serves 16 million Istanbulites. It brings the people's resources together with the people. And at the same time, he is fighting a great struggle for rights, law, justice and dignity. We will never leave our President Ekrem alone in this struggle. Together, we will definitely change this unjust order for the future of our children.” Reminding that IMM did not have a single nursery in the past, Torun said, “IMM; did not build a single dormitory, did not give a single student a scholarship. In fact, this is a very valuable service, an important contribution for a large metropolis. But now, Mr. Ekrem, our dear President, because he gave 16 million Istanbulites the rights of 16 million Istanbulites, because he cut certain rents, because he did not transfer funds to the supporters, they are naturally trying to put obstacles in front of him. No matter what they do, they will not succeed. He will be at the service of 16 million Istanbulites and we believe that we will meet again in such beautiful services. We are always with you and we believe that Istanbul will meet with more good services”.
