Housing Investors Oriented to Projects with Qualified and Natural Life

Tanyer Yapı Chairman of the Board Münir Tanyer stated that TanUrla, which they are continuing to build, will be a new center of attraction in the region, and pointed out that projects with qualified and horizontal architecture are in demand.

Expressing that they continued their investments in 2022 without slowing down, Tanyer said, “We have completed the rough construction and reinforced concrete in the first parcel of the TanUrla project. We started with brick walls. We want to start by laying the foundation for another parcel before the New Year. We continue the construction of the project quickly. 2022 has been a productive year for us. We expanded our business volume with the investments we made in both industrial constructions and construction equipment. We have expanded our machinery park, such as bored piling machines, cranes, backhoe and loaders, and truck investments that we use for the ground. Accordingly, we continue with the tenders we have received on the ground. We started the first leg of the Buca metro in the Yaghaneler region. We got the piling and anchoring works. We also continue our services in the factory buildings and industrial structures in the Aegean Free Zone.”

DEMAND FOR QUALIFIED HOUSING IS INCREASING

Noting that they expect the housing sector to accelerate in 2023, Münir Tanyer said: “Our expectations for 2023 are higher than this year. As it affected the whole world, the covid epidemic and the Russia-Ukraine war affected us negatively. Despite all these negativities, the housing sector continued to develop. The demand for quality and high quality housing has increased. Due to both the epidemic and earthquakes, the choice of housing showed a tendency towards detached and garden houses, that is, horizontal architecture. TanUrla responds to this demand as it is a modern village project. As input and labor costs increased in the housing sector, prices were also adversely affected. The reluctance of banks in housing loans caused a decrease in demand. Despite these, the demand for our project is at a very good level. Our sales continue as planned. Because our project is both a natural life and a village project, so the demand is increasing.”

SALES WILL INCREASE IN 2023

Informing that TanUrla is in demand from both domestic and foreign investors, Münir Tanyer said, “Especially Turks living abroad also show interest in our project. I predict that the Russian-Ukrainian war will end in 2023, and the demand from abroad will increase even more. Overseas investors prefer finished housing. In 2023, the construction of nearly 70 percent of the residences in TanUrla will be finished. With the completion of our sample flat, sales will accelerate in 2023. Izmir is already the shining star of Turkey. İzmir receives qualified immigrants due to its lifestyle, climate, ease of transportation and proximity to holiday centers. TanUrla is a special project with its location, being a nature project, environmentalist structure, architecture and social facilities. We will present all kinds of details that will increase the value of this region.”

IT WILL HAVE GREEN ENERGY SYSTEM

MUNIR TANYER

Tanyer Yapı Chairman of the Board of Directors Münir Tanyer stated that they have implemented a contemporary, environmentalist, nature and people-oriented housing project with TanUrla, and noted that a system that will benefit from solar energy will be established within the project.

Emphasizing that TanUrla will add value to the region with the opportunities it offers, Tanyer said, “We have to use the resources that the world offers us in the most correct way. Because this country is entrusted to us, and we will leave it to our children. For this reason, we will integrate waste-free, sustainable solar energy systems into our project in order to protect nature. In addition, our project will also include AC and DC fast charging stations for electric vehicles, the importance of which is increasingly recognized.
