In the Home Sasalı project, which is under construction in Çiğli Sasalı with the assurance of Normkar İnşaat – Karcıoğlu, the launch of the sample villa was made with a cocktail party.

Normkar Sales and Marketing Manager Yiğit Uyal stated that they presented the project, which consists of 21 villas in total, with detached and social life opportunities, to their new owners until January 15, 2023, with special advantageous prices for the launch.

Noting that the Home Sasalı project has many advantages compared to its counterparts, Uyal stated that they will deliver the project to its owners by the end of 2023.

PLEASURE OF DETACHED LIFE

Providing information about the project, Uyal said, “We are launching the first phase of 15 A-type and 8 B-type villas on an area of ​​13 decares. Type A villas are 700+5 type with 1 square meters of land share, detached pool and 400 square meters of gross usage area. Type B villas, on the other hand, will be 500+5 type with 1 square meters of land share and their gross usage area will be 300 square meters. Type A villas will have detached pools of 38 square meters. We have put forward a different concept with our location, quantities and social areas. Unlike most projects, the distance of the villas to each other was also applied to the maximum extent. Thus, the villas were positioned more appropriately for the detached life concept. We will offer an environment where everyone can spend time with nature with the walking and jogging path and the aromatic garden within the site. In accordance with today's needs, both types of houses have electric vehicle charging infrastructures.

DEMAND RISES FOR THE REGION

Yiğit Uyal, who stated that the Sasalı region was in demand from those looking for a house with a detached garden close to the city center due to the pandemic and earthquake, continued as follows: “Sasalı has become the rising value of İzmir due to its natural life. One of the factors that makes this place important is the ease of connection to the surrounding highways. Sasalı is located 10 minutes away from Mavişehir by ring road. It offers the opportunity to live in the city and alone with nature. Sasalı, which is in the process of completing the infrastructure works quickly, is now a region preferred by everyone. After delivering the first phase of Home Sasalı, we will start the construction of the second phase of the project in the same region. We want to realize our second phase project as 12 A-type villas on an area of ​​16 decares.”
