EXAMINATION CONDITIONS
1. Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
2. Not being deprived of public rights.
3. Even if the periods specified in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed; crimes against the security of the state, even if pardoned or imprisoned for one year or more for an intentionally committed crime, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent not to be convicted of bankruptcy, bid rigging, rigging, laundering of property values arising from crime, or smuggling.
4. For male candidates, not having any military service on the date of the entrance exam, not being of military age, or having completed active military service if he has reached military age, or being postponed or transferred to the reserve class.
5. Not to have completed the age of 2023 (thirty-five) as of the first day of January 35. (To be born after 01.01.1988.)
6. Not to have any physical or mental illness that may prevent him from performing his duty continuously.
7. To have applied for the entrance exam in due time and duly.
8. Candidates can only apply to one of the positions specified in this announcement.
9. Not working as a 4/B contracted personnel in public institutions and organizations.
10. Candidates whose contracts are terminated while working full-time in “4/B contracted personnel positions” in public institutions and organizations must have completed the one-year waiting period as of the application deadline. (Except for candidates who terminate their contract unilaterally in accordance with subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c) of the fourth paragraph of Annex-1 of the Principles Regarding the Employment of Contracted Personnel)
