A Modern Village Is Born in Urla: 'TanUrla'

TanUrla, which is being built by Tanyer Yapı in Urla Bademler, was one of the projects that attracted the most attention at the Real Estate, Construction and Urban Transformation Fair Rescon Expo, held at Fuar İzmir, hosted by İzmir Metropolitan Municipality.

TanUrla, which received great interest from the participants with its stand reflecting the natural life, was filled with professional visitors.

Stating that the project has been in demand from the Aegean Region, Turkey and even abroad since the first day, Tanyer Yapı Chairman of the Board Münir Tanyer said that they are rapidly continuing the construction of TanUrla, which is preferred by those looking for an independent life in nature.

Stating that they left behind a productive year, Tanyer said, “After the epidemic and earthquake, people want to change their lifestyle and get away from the crowd in the city center. Now, detached houses with gardens and social facilities are attracting attention. With the increasing interest in horizontal architecture, our modern village project TanUrla will meet all this need. It will be a new living center. It will add value to the region with its social opportunities, commercial areas, architecture and nature. In the project designed by Architect Nevzat Sayın and Architect Abdullah Burnaz, we have completed the rough construction of the island no. 387; We start the fine construction.
