Derya Yanık, Minister of Family and Social Services, announced that they deposited 2,1 billion TL of old-age and disabled pensions into their accounts in December.
Minister Yanık made statements about the elderly pension and disability pensions for the month of December.
Noting that they made an elderly pension payment of approximately 1,2 billion TL within the scope of December, Minister Yanık stated that they deposited approximately 940 million TL of disability pensions into the accounts of the beneficiaries.
Stating that they have developed inclusive and regular social assistance programs for disabled and elderly citizens, Minister Yanık said, “We are with you in every field from education to health, from economy to social life so that disabled and elderly citizens can live independently with their full and effective participation in social life. Accordingly, we deposited 2,1 billion TL of elderly and disabled pensions into the accounts of the beneficiaries in December.
Minister Yanık said that services for disabled and elderly citizens are carried out within the framework of human-oriented and rights-based policies.
