After the completion of Toybelen Industrial Estate, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality will transform the area where Gülsan Industrial Estate is located into a modern living space where the heart of the city will beat. President Mustafa Demir said, “We have made all our preparations for the recreation project. We are just waiting for the construction of the new industrial site to be completed.”

In Samsun, where urban transformation projects are rising rapidly with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, the Metropolitan Municipality is making important investments in every field to bring the city to a more modern and contemporary identity. The municipality, which will carry out Turkey's largest industrial transformation by moving the Gülsan Industrial Estate, which remains in the city center with the rapid growth and development of the city, is waiting for the completion of the Toybelen Small Industrial Estate, which was built by TOKİ.

The construction of Toybelen Small Industrial Site, which will be the most modern industry in the country with its design, functionality and infrastructure, continues at full speed. While Samsun Metropolitan Municipality is following the works closely, 82 percent of the construction has been completed in the project, which will include 46 commercial units.

“WE ARE WALKING TO THE FUTURE WITH A NEW VISION”

Following the completion of the relocation process of Gülsan tradesmen, the Metropolitan Municipality will begin the demolition of workplaces and will transform the 650-decare area into a natural habitat. Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir, who gave information about the project designed for the area to be integrated with the Nation's Garden and Doğupark, said, “Samsun, the center of the Black Sea, is now walking towards the future with a new vision. We are solving the chronic problems of our city in the infrastructure and superstructure one by one. One of them was the problem of Gülsan Industrial Site. We are approaching a happy ending in the industrial site that has been waiting to be relocated for many years,” he said, adding, “When our tradesmen move to Toybelen, a new era will begin for Samsun. We will revive this great area with the biggest and most magnificent recreation project of the region. With its 252-decare botanical garden, cultural, social and educational areas, as well as the Selattin Mosque complex, this is the heart of Samsun and will turn into a magnificent natural habitat where everyone can breathe and have a pleasant time.”

THE WHOLE STAFF WORKS ON THE FIELD

Underlining that they will not allow any tradesman to be victimized during the relocation process, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said, “We love our people. For this reason, we work with sincerity, diligence and self-sacrifice in every field. We are on the field 7/24 with our entire staff. We are making a great effort to carry Samsun to the future with sure steps. Moving Gülsan means that one of the most important obstacles of our city will be eliminated, the industrial sector will be clustered in a better quality and orderly manner, modern and modern urbanization will accelerate, and our people will be happy and peaceful.

THE FUTURE WILL NO LONGER BE CONCERNED

“Our industrial tradesmen will also operate in the new industrial site for many years without worrying about the future. Toybelen Industrial Site will set an example for Turkey with its perfect infrastructure and design in rain water, drinking water and sewage systems. I would also like to thank our Deputy Chairman Çiğdem Karaaslan and our Samsun deputies, especially Murat Kurum, the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, for their contribution to bringing such an important project to Samsun.
