According to the information given at the conference, the annual production capacity of display panel in China has reached 200 million square meters. In 2021, the revenue of the display panel industry exceeded 580 billion yuan.
In the past years, the size of the new type display industry in China has grown rapidly. According to the data, the combined annual growth rate of the new type display industry in 2012-2021 reached 25,8 percent. Also in 2021, China's new type display industry had a trade surplus of $8.4 billion.
