Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, which sets an example for Turkey with its Weak Stray Animal Care Center, has created a new living space for mothered puppies and banned breeds in the centre. The facility, whose construction works have been completed, will provide its unattended guests with a 5-star comfort. Metropolitan Mayor Mustafa Demir said that they have the most modern and most comprehensive Animal Care Center in Turkey. Metropolitan Municipality Veterinary Affairs Branch Manager Savaş Kasap said, “We have created a comfortable living space for puppies with mothers and prohibited breeds with the bottom heated units consisting of 88 independent eyes.”
Samsun Metropolitan Municipality does not neglect stray animals within the scope of social municipality activities. Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Failed Stray Animal Care Center, where the protection of dear friends living on the street and their living conditions are improved, embraces animals in need of nutrition and treatment. The center, which increases its work day by day, has created a new living space for puppies with mothers and banned breeds. The facility, whose construction works have been completed and will serve in about a month, will provide 5-star comfort to its stray guests with its features.
5 STAR NEW LIVING AREA
Stating that all the conditions are prepared in order to prevent the dear friends from being affected by the climatic conditions in the unit, which consists of 88 independent eyes, Metropolitan Municipality Veterinary Affairs Branch Manager Savaş Kasap said, “In recent years, we have been hosting animals that are not registered within the framework of the laws regarding prohibited breeds in our care center. Since these friends will spend their lives with us from now on, we, as Samsun Metropolitan Municipality, have created a new comfortable living space for them. Construction work is finished. After about a month, we will transfer our animals here.” He said, “This place consists of 88 eyes. It has both indoor and outdoor space. All of the closed areas are equipped with a system with underfloor heating. This place has become a 5-star comfort zone for both our puppies with mothers and prohibited breeds to ensure that they are healthy, clean, hygienic and not harmed by changing climatic conditions.”
THROUGHOUT THE ANIMALS WITHOUT OWNERS…
Stating that they have the most modern and most comprehensive Animal Care Center in Turkey, Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said, “In such an equipped environment, we both treat and protect our dear friends who are homeless, injured, sick, disabled or in need of care. . With all the work we do, we protect the living rights of our stray animals and raise their living standards. We want no stray animals to be left on the streets and let them live in their natural habitats until the end of their lives.”
