In Sakarya, which is Turkey's brand city in wagon production and identified with the wagon, the wagon, which was placed right next to Çark Stream in the Mithatpaşa Bridge area between Serdivan and Adapazarı, was renovated and turned into a social area in a short time, upon the instructions of President Ekrem Yüce. A place that will become a symbol in Sakarya has been realized with the Çınarlı Wagon Kıraathane, which came as a new project next to the social reinforcement areas of the city after the Reverse House, Aircraft Coffeehouse and Millet Coffeehouse.
In the Çınarlı Wagon Kıraathanesi, which was built in Sakarya, the center of the Turkish wagon industry, a library section was also implemented for those who love to read and learn. The area, which has become a new living space, also includes green areas, sitting areas, children's playgrounds and walking paths.
