Visit from Minister Varank to IzQ

Making an evaluation after the visit, Minister Varank said, “Izmir is very important both for our industry and for the innovation ecosystem in Turkey. We are working with our universities, non-governmental organizations, business world to strengthen this ecosystem. IzQ Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center is a project personally supported by our Ministry. We just talked to our entrepreneurs, and we saw that we are doing a nice, productive job. If the innovation ecosystem is happy, if the entrepreneurs are happy, we are happy too. We are very grateful to everyone who contributed.”

KIZILGUNESLER: “OUR PROJECT RECEIVED TWO SEPARATE SUPPORT”

İzmir Chamber of Commerce Vice Chairman Emre Kızılgüneşler stated that the support of the Ministry of Industry and Technology is important in the realization of the İzQ Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center project, and said, “Our İzQ Entrepreneurship Center received 2 separate supports from İzmir Development Agency: Feasibility Support and Guided Project Support. Within the scope of the European Union's Regional Trust Fund, a cooperation protocol was signed between the TR Ministry of Industry and Technology, UNDP and our Chamber, and our project received funding. It is a great honor for us to host our Minister at IzQ and to convey to him the successful results of our project, which was realized with the support he gave us.”
