1.115 (one thousand one hundred and fifteen) unemployed workers will be recruited to be employed in the Ministry of National Defense. Applications started on the İŞKUR website as of 21 November 2022.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
2. To have completed the age of 18 and not reached the age of 36.
Even if pardoned, crimes against the security of the State, crimes against the constitutional order and the functioning of this order, crimes against national defense, crimes against the secrets of the State and espionage, embezzlement, extortion, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, Not to be convicted of bid rigging, rigging, laundering of property values arising from crime, or smuggling.
4. Not to be a member, affiliation, affiliation or connection with the structures, formations or groups determined by the National Security Council to act against the national security of the State, or with terrorist organizations.
5. Not being in action with terrorist organizations, not helping these organizations, not using the public resources and resources to support these organizations, not making the propaganda of these organizations.
6. Not to be deprived of exercising public rights.
7. Not to be related to military service (to have done, suspended or exempted).
8. Not getting pension, old age or invalidity pension from any social security institution.
9. To graduate from the departments specified in the labor force demands as of the application deadline, or to have the vocational qualification certificate/mastery certificate specified in the announcement as of the application deadline, and to meet the other specified special conditions (Those who are entitled to a vocational qualification certificate or mastery certificate, but whose certificate has not been issued as of the application deadline, are also However, candidates must submit a document proving this situation at the document control).
10. To have a document showing the priority status specified in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the aforementioned Regulation, among the candidates who have the right of priority in sending to work.
11. Among those who have the right of priority, those who do not respond to the announcement they have applied for except for force majeure, do not attend the exam, refuse the job or are placed in a job as a permanent employee in the public sector, although they are invited by the Ministry of National Defense, will be eliminated.
12. Applications of those who have been dismissed from their duties or profession in accordance with the relevant disciplinary legislation of public institutions and organizations will not be accepted.
13. Each candidate can apply to an advertisement (a workplace and a profession) specified in the list published in İŞKUR. Applications of those who apply for more than one posting and those who apply from workers working in a workplace whose wages are paid from the general budget in the Ministry of National Defense will not be accepted.
14. In order to be able to do job placement, a health report will be required from the candidates, stating that the archive research and/or the security investigation result positively and that there is no harm in terms of health in working in the profession to which they applied.
OTHER MATTERS
1. An oral/practical exam will be held for open job positions. Candidates will be accepted at the rate of 4 times the amount of labor force open to the exam. In order to determine the candidates who are eligible to take the exam, a lottery will be drawn in accordance with the relevant Regulation. For this reason, 4 times the amount of vacant labor will be determined by the principal and 4 times the reserve candidate lottery method. Among the candidates who have priority in sending to work, 4 times the number of the vacant workforce, 4 times the reserve candidates will be determined separately by lottery.
2. The drawing of lots will be held at the Ministry of National Defense Training Center Directorate (Emniyet Mahallesi Celal Bayar Bulvarı No:77/A Yenimahalle/ANKARA) on Thursday, 08 December 2022 at 10:30 in the presence of a notary public. The list of candidates who are entitled to take the oral/practical exam determined as a result of the lottery will be published on the official website of the Ministry of National Defense. This publication is in the form of a notification and no separate notification will be given to the candidates.
3. Regarding whether the candidates who are entitled to take the exam according to the result of the lottery fulfill the conditions stated in the announcement; educational status, experience, priority status, professional document, etc. documents will be checked. For this purpose, the candidates who are entitled to take the exam will be checked for documents. Document control dates and places will be announced on the official website of the Ministry of National Defense. All of the permanent and substitute candidates will participate in the document control. Candidates will bring the originals and photocopies of the documents when they come to the document control.
4. As a result of the document check, the candidate whose application is not accepted due to the wrong document or missing document will be accepted to the oral / applied exam starting from the candidate whose full document is selected as a substitute in the queue.
5. The applications of the candidates, who are understood to meet the demand conditions, will be terminated by the administration.
6. After the document control and delivery, the exam date, time and place and the list of the candidates who are entitled to take the exam will be announced on the official website of the Ministry of National Defense. This announcement is in the nature of notification and no separate notification will be made to the address of the candidates by mail.
7. The oral / practical exam will be held to measure the competencies of the candidates that they are obliged to carry out with their professional knowledge and skills regarding the profession they are applying for.
8. In the oral exam, all candidates will be evaluated over 100 (one hundred) full points and candidates who score below 70 (seventy) points will be deemed unsuccessful. The success score and success order of the candidates will be determined based on this score. As a result of the oral exam, starting from the candidate with a high score (who scored 70 and above) who was successful in the exam, the main and the same number of substitute candidates will be determined according to the amount of vacant workforce specified in the relevant announcement. The result of the exam will be published on the official website of the Ministry of National Defense. No further notification will be made to the candidates for the notification of the exam result.
9. To be employed in place of those who are entitled to a job placement but do not start work within the specified period/who waived their right to start a job, those whose employment contract has been terminated for any reason during the trial period, and those who are later determined to not meet the application requirements, in order of success from the reserve list on the basis of cadre/position job placement will be possible.
