8 train workers will be recruited as indefinite-term workers to the workplaces of the General Directorate of TCDD Plant. The demand for labor will be published in İŞKUR between 22.11.2022-28.11.2022. MATTERS TO KNOW
1- All announcements regarding the labor force demand (requirements, document delivery date/place, oral exam date/place, oral exam result) will be published in the announcements section of the TCDD website (tcdd.gov.tr/).
2- As of the announcement date, the candidates must not have attained the age of 36.
3- Candidates who will apply for our labor force demands to be published in İŞKUR must graduate from the program announced at the associate degree level.
4- Applicants must submit the following documents to the Human Resources Department of the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise, in person or by mail, between the dates to be published on the TCDD website.
A report will be drawn up about candidates who apply with missing documents or who do not meet the conditions specified in the announcement, and İŞKUR will be notified that their application has not been accepted.
5- An oral exam will be held for those who submit documents from the candidates. Oral exam, General Directorate of TCDD, Human Resources Department, Hacı Bayram Mahallesi Mah. Hippodrome Cad. No: 3 Altındağ / ANKARA between the dates to be published on the TCDD website.
6- In the oral examination of the candidates by the members of the Examination Board; Their self-confidence is 10 points, their written communication is 10 points, their verbal communication is 10 points, and their ability in observation-stress-problem solving is 20 points out of 50 points in the skill area, Each question from the branch of the program they graduated is evaluated over 10 points, and the professional term is 1 question, professional structure material will be evaluated by asking 2 questions and 2 questions from professional technical subjects, 50 points in the professional field, a total of 100 points. As a result of the evaluation, 50% of the average score given by the members of the examination board and 50% of the KPSS score will be taken and the success score and ranking will be determined. Starting from the candidate with the highest success score, the number of original and the same number of substitute candidates will be determined as the number of workers requested.
7- It will be beneficial for the candidates to see the workplace where they will work before applying.
8- Candidates will be able to apply for only one of our announced workforce demands.
9- Only male candidates will be able to apply for the labor demand announced by the General Directorate of TCDD Enterprise as the workplaces are within the scope of dangerous and very dangerous workplaces and due to the nature of the job.
10- Train Establishment Workers to be employed will be subject to the Labor Law No. 4857.
11- The trial period of the trainee workers is 4 month and the work contract of those who fail within the trial period will be terminated.
12- Train Establishment Workers who start work will work for at least 5 years and will not be able to request a transfer during this period. Those who have completed 5 years will be able to request transfer to workplaces with train staff.
13- Train Establishment Workers who start to work will be able to work day and night on a 24-hour basis in shifts.
14- Those who started to work as a Train Organization Worker and whose employment contract was terminated in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 7 of the Labor Law No. 4857 within 25 years and those who left by resignation; their education, course, internship, etc. ½ of the amount will be taken back as compensation by calculating the cost of the training program with the fee they receive during the training programs.
