5 Assistant Inspectors will be recruited to be assigned to the TCDD General Directorate Inspection Board.
The issues related to the entrance exam are given below.
A) Exam Date and Time : Written exam will be held on 24.12.2022 (Saturday) between 10.00-12.30.
B) Exam Location : TCDD General Directorate Hacı Bayram Mahallesi, Hipodrom Caddesi, No:3, 06050 Altındağ-Ankara Cafeteria Hall.
C) Terms and Conditions :
1) To have the qualifications stated in the article 48 of the Civil Servants Law,
2) Not to have completed the age of thirty-five (01.01.2022) as of 35,
3) To have completed one of the national or international learning institutions that are at least 4 years in the Faculty of Law, Political, Economics, Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences and whose equivalence is approved by the competent authorities,
4) Being among the first 2021 candidates who have scored 2022 and above in Group A, KPSSP48 section of the Public Personnel Selection Exam held by OSYM in 70 and 100 Starting from the candidate, the first 100 candidates will be taken to the entrance exam, and all candidates who get equal points with the 100th candidate will also be called for the exam),
5) At the end of the investigation, not to have a situation that would prevent the Inspectorship in terms of record and character (This condition is only valid for candidates who have passed the written exam, and is determined by the examination to be carried out by the Board of Inspectors before the oral exam),
6) In terms of health status, going to all parts of the country to be suitable for the task, to keep her job permanently in the body or mental illness or body disability to be disabled,
7) To qualify as required by the Inspectorate,

D) Exam Application and Exam Entry Document :
Exam applications can be made in person or by mail to the address of TCDD General Directorate Inspection Board Presidency, Hacı Bayram Mahallesi, Hipodrom Caddesi, No:09.12.2022, 3 Altındağ-Ankara, starting from the day following the publication of the exam announcement in the Official Gazette, until the end of working hours on Friday, 06050. Applications after the deadline will not be considered. “TCDD General Directorate Assistant Inspector Entrance Exam Application form" It will be filled in by getting it from the address mentioned above or downloading it from tcdd.gov.tr. Applications that are not made on time and with missing documents and information will not be processed.
Candidates who are entitled to take the exam will be charged a fee of 10,-TL as the exam fee. Fees will be deposited to Halkbank Ankara Corporate Branch account number TR 710001200945200013000001 or Vakıfbank Emek Branch TR 140001500158007262158442 account. The money will not be refunded, and when depositing the money, the "Inspectorate Exam" statement will be printed on the explanation section of the receipt.
The final list of candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be available from the TCDD Inspection Board on 14.12.2022. It will also be announced on the tcdd.gov.tr website. "Exam Entrance Document" will be issued and hand-delivered by the TCDD Board of Inspectors as of 19.12.2022 to the candidates who meet the exam entrance requirements, and the "Exam Entrance Document", which is not received until the exam date, can also be received from the exam hall on the exam day. First of all, this document will be presented in the exam, along with the entrance document, a valid Identity Document with a photo and approved, such as Identity Card, Driver's License or Passport containing the Turkish Identity Number, will also be available to be used in identification.
E) Documents Required for Examination :
Those who want to take the exam;
1) Statement of TR Identity Number or a copy of the identity document containing the TR Identity Number,

3) The original or computer printout of the KPSS Result Document that has not expired, approved by the institution,
4) Original or an approved copy of the Diploma or Graduation Certificate,

1) Written statement that there is no obstacle to the continuous performance of his/her duty regarding health,

H) Evaluation :
The entrance exam is in two stages, written and oral. Those who fail the written examination, oral examination are not addressed. In the entrance exam, the full mark is 100 separately from the written exam groups and only in the oral exam. In order to be considered successful in the written exam, each of the grades taken from the written exam groups other than the foreign language should not be less than 60 and the average should not be less than 65. The names of the candidates who passed the written exam will be announced on the TCDD Inspection Board Presidency and tcdd.gov.tr internet addresses.
In the oral exam; In addition to the candidates' general knowledge of Law, Economics, Finance and Public Administration, as well as their personal qualities such as intelligence, speed of development, ability to express, attitude and movement, the results of the research to be conducted by the Board of Inspection about the candidate before the oral exam will also be taken into consideration.
In order to be successful in the oral exam, the grade must not be less than 65.
In order to be successful in the examination of the assistant inspector, the entrance exam must not be less than 65. The entrance exam grade is based on the average of the written exam grade and the total of the oral exam grade.
If the number of students who pass the exam is more than the number of the staff, the entrance exam grade is preferred. In the case of equality of the entrance exam grade, the candidate who has a foreign language grade has the priority. For others, exam results are not considered granted rights.
The list of the main and substitute candidates who won the written and oral parts of the entrance exam will be announced by the Presidency of the TCDD Inspection Board and on tcdd.gov.tr, and the necessary notification will be made by the Board of Inspectors.
I-) Announcement of exam results and objection:
Candidates can submit their objections regarding the exam results, within 5 days at the latest, to their account number TR 710001200945200013000001 at Halkbank Ankara Corporate Branch or Vakıfbank Emek Branch TR 140001500158007262158442, together with the bank receipt they received by depositing an objection fee of 50 TL (Fifty Turkish Liras VAT included). They will be able to make written submissions to the TCDD Board of Inspectors. Objections made after the deadline and objection petitions without signature and address will not be considered.
I-) Other Considerations:
- Candidates who do not meet the requirements for taking the written exam will be returned with their exam entrance documents upon request.
- Calculators, mobile phones, etc. electronic devices will not be allowed in the exam hall.

– A criminal complaint is filed with the Public Prosecutor's Office, in order to apply the relevant provisions of the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, about those who are found to have made false statements.
- Those who are found to have made false statements in the application form, even if they have passed the exam, their exams are considered invalid and not appointed. Even if their assignments are made, they are canceled.
