The most magnificent September 100 celebrations in history, organized by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality in honor of the 9th anniversary of the liberation of the city, received an honorary award at ACE of MICE, known as the Oscar awards of the meeting and event sector.
Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, which went down in history with an unforgettable September 100 celebration on the 9th anniversary of the liberation of Izmir, was awarded the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events (ACE of MICE), the largest organization of the event and tourism sector. The 10th edition of the organization known as the “Oscar Awards” of the congress, meeting and event industry and bringing together the giants of the MICE industry was held at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel in Antalya. Mustafa Özuslu, Deputy Mayor of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, received the ceremony on behalf of Izmir.
Every year, 105 people from the state protocol, important names from business and social life, professionals from the tourism and MICE sector attended the ceremony of the awards determined by the event managers of 500 different corporate companies from Turkey and abroad. At the ceremony, awards in 23 categories were presented to their owners.
