Establishment of an "information, advertisement and service platform" consisting of 33 digital systems with a minimum size of 40 inches and a maximum size of 73 inches for the purpose of providing information and commercial advertisement on a total of 219 train sets of 17 CAF and 23 ROTEM (1116 Wagons) and for a period of 9 (nine) years. It is the business of operating with the Turnover Partnership Model and handing over to the administration at the end of the contract.
