Tanyer Yapı Chairman of the Board of Directors Münir Tanyer pointed out that İzmir and Urla attracted great interest from both domestic and abroad, and said that the demand for detached houses was increasing rapidly.
Stating that İzmir has received qualified immigration due to its lifestyle, climate, ease of transportation and proximity to holiday centers, Tanyer underlined that the demand for the region will continue to increase in 2023.
Stating that TanUrla, which they are continuing to build as Tanyer Yapı, will be a new center of attraction in the region, Münir Tanyer said, “As long as life continues, people's need for housing will continue. Noting that TanUrla will appeal to the entire region, Münir Tanyer said, “We have created a village square for social events, meetings and demonstrations. There will be commercial areas such as an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, health center, pharmacy, handicrafts, tailor, nursery and pet shop to meet various needs. We also paid special attention to green areas and hobby gardens. TanUrla will now have a health center as well as healthy living opportunities. Beauty and sports center will be at the forefront. We will also host our guests with our chef restaurants that reflect the gastronomic culture and local tastes of Urla. We will also offer hotel and accommodation facilities within the scope of the project. In the project, we want to carry out colorful events in different fields, with music concerts and concerts in Turkish classical music and other styles. Emphasizing that they are happy to add another important living space to both İzmir and Urla, Tanyer added that they will deliver the TanUrla project with its commercial areas and social facilities 36 months later.
