Gaziray Wagons Will Be Procured From Sakarya, Not Abroad

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said that the Gaziray wagons, which he opened in Gaziantep, will be procured from Sakarya, not abroad.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a statement about the wagons to be used on the Gaziray Suburban Line, which he opened yesterday. Speaking at the “Women on the Road to Great Turkey” program held at the Panorama 25 December Museum, Erdoğan said; “The cost has reached 10 billion liras. With this work, roads and Iraq are now close. It will also have a domestic opportunity by procuring all wagons and locomotives from TÜVASAŞ. TÜVASAŞ is an important center of our domestic industry producing in Sakarya, in the wagon industry. We also have a center in Eskişehir. Currently, this step will be taken with TÜVASAŞ. Thus, Gaziantep will have obtained the wagons of this work from Sakarya, not from abroad.”
