Within the scope of Toybelen Industrial Site Project, a lottery was drawn today for the shops of 700 beneficiaries operating in the automotive sector in Gülsan Industrial Site. Aiming to make Samsun a more modern and contemporary identity in urban planning with its Urban Transformation projects, the Metropolitan Municipality is waiting for the completion of Toybelen Industrial Estate, where it will carry Gülsan Industrial Estate. A total of 700 workplaces, of which 1526 are shops and 82 are commercial buildings, have been completed on a 1608-decare land. The Metropolitan Municipality, which closely monitors the construction, will initiate the evacuation of Gülsan Industrial Estate when the site becomes operational next year.

Very spacious and large shops. Our tradesmen are very happy with the drawing of lots. Today, lots are drawn for the automotive industry. It will be for furniture later. We thank our president.
