The Talent Transformation Project, implemented under the leadership of Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Career Center, offers 'Vocational Education, Career Guidance and Job Search Counseling' services as a package to job seekers, students and youth.
In addition to vocational certification, programs such as CV creation, interview simulations, networking with employers and technical trips to companies are organized in the project.
Career Center takes the pulse of the labor market
As part of the Career Center's Talent Transformation Project, it is aimed to increase the employability of the companies and institutions in the labor market, while opening vocational trainings in the professions in line with the personnel needs analysis, with the job search skills training offered to the trainees.
Logistics staff is growing
Mersin Metropolitan Municipality Career Center Manager Serkan Özada stated that as the Career Center Directorate, they organize vocational trainings in many fields, and they cooperate with Yenişehir Public Education Center and Toros University for the logistics staff course. Özada underlined the importance of frequently bringing together the logistics staff trainees and professional managers within the framework of the project and the technical trips organized to the companies.
Stating that Mersin Free Zone has a very important place for both the city and the country's economy, Özada said that the trainees support the theoretical knowledge they have learned in the course with such technical trips, with the way they are applied in the field.
