Izmir Metropolitan Municipality carries IZUM, which collects data on urban traffic, to mobile phones. With the renewed application, users can both create the most accurate traffic route with instant traffic data, and take photos via the "Report Status" button and report the problems in traffic to IZUM.

IZUM, which is managed by more than 10 thousand smart devices with the project developed by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Department of Transportation, entered the mobile phones of citizens with its renewed application.

All instant data of Izmir traffic on IZUM Mobile

IZUM Mobile, which contains all information about urban transportation, can be downloaded to mobile phones free of charge from mobile application stores. Users who subscribe to the application with their e-mail addresses can personalize the application. Users can create routes for the location they want to go, discover the traffic situation from city cameras, and get instant travel time for their destinations. In addition, with IZUM Mobile, you can access traffic conditions, road works and accidents, BISIM points, hospital and pharmacy information, electric charging stations, bicycle paths, Eurovelo route and minibus routes with accurate and instant data flow. The application can be used without being a member.

Quick solution with "Report Status" button

IZUM Mobile integrates the people of Izmir into the application in an interactive way. Thanks to the "Report Status" button, those who are members of the application can take a photo of a problem they have seen and witnessed, and convey it to the Izmir Transportation Center via the application. The center, which evaluates the data, quickly intervenes in the disruptions. Izmirim Card and BISIM card balances can also be viewed on IZUM Mobile.

It has become a personalized application with newly added buttons. Our citizens will now be able to watch the streams in the city from our application in real time. With IZUM Mobil, we will find faster and more effective solutions for situations in traffic and transportation.”
