New trainee candidates started training at ESTRAM, which is an important part of public transportation in Eskişehir with thousands of passengers carried every day.
In the trainings attended by 23 trainee candidates who have passed the preliminary interviews and evaluated the applications made to ESTRAM, the drivers will first undergo an intensive theoretical training. Then, with the end of the night flights, they will go to the line and perform their practical training.
At the end of the training, the candidates who succeed in the exams held in the standards of VQA (Vocational Qualifications Authority) will be on the line as trainee drivers and will start working in line with the evolving needs of the enterprise at the end of the test drives.
