In the "My First Home, My First Workplace" project, the biggest social housing move in the history of the Republic, implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and TOKİ, the rules of 23 provinces in total were completed in the presence of a notary public. The beneficiaries of 7 residences in 2022 provinces were determined in the sum of the first and second stages of the drawing, which started on November 23, 50. On a category basis, 302 families of martyrs and veterans, 892 thousand 4 disabled citizens, 429 thousand 11 retirees, 127 thousand 20 young people and 856 thousand 15 citizens in other categories became eligible as principal and substitute. The third stage social housing lottery will be held between 657-1 December 7 for 2022 thousand 7 residences in 13 provinces.

The first and second phases of the drawings for the "My First Home, My First Workplace" project, announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on September 13 and the first draw was drawn in the provinces of Ardahan and Şırnak on November 7, 2022, were completed today in 23 provinces. The beneficiaries of 630 residences were determined out of a total of 805 applications in the drawings.

Between 7-28 November, Şırnak, Ardahan, Kars, Siirt, Iğdır, Batman, Ağrı, Mardin, Van, Şanlıurfa, Hakkari, Adıyaman, Bingöl, Bitlis, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kilis, Malatya, Muş and In the drawing of lots held in the presence of a notary public in Tunceli, the beneficiaries of 50 residences were determined.
In the drawing, 892 families of martyrs and veterans, 4 thousand 429 disabled citizens, 11 thousand 127 retired, 20 thousand 856 young people and 15 thousand 657 citizens of other categories were entitled as principal and substitute.

The third stage drawing, which will start from Bolu and Karaman as of December 1, 2022, will continue until December 7, 2022.
The distribution and draw dates by province for 7 beneficiaries to be held in 13 provinces are as follows:
1 December 2022: 902 residences in Bolu
December 1, 2022: Karaman 751 residences
2-3 December 2022: Duzce 1100 residences
2-7 December 2022: 7 thousand 655 residences in Konya
4-5 December 2022: 1650 residences in Zonguldak
December 6, 2022: Bartın 850 residences
7 December 2022: 899 residences in Karabuk
“It is planned to complete all the lots for housing and land by March 2023”
Within the scope of the project, it is planned to withdraw 81 thousand social housing in 250 provinces in stages until March 2023 and to determine the beneficiaries.
