China's 10-Month Foreign Trade Reached 4.8 Trillion Dollars

According to the information given by the General Directorate of Customs of China, in the first 2022 months of 10, the country's foreign trade volume increased by 9.5 percent compared to the same period of the previous year, reaching 34 trillion 620 billion yuan (approximately 4 trillion 820 billion dollars).

In the first 10 months of the year, China's export volume increased by 13 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 19 trillion 710 billion yuan, while the import volume increased by 5.2 percent to 14 trillion 910 billion yuan.

Exports of mechanical and electronic products in the country increased by 9.6 percent and reached 11 trillion 250 billion yuan, while exports of electric vehicles increased by 116.2 percent, exports of lithium batteries increased by 87.1 percent, and exports of solar cells increased by 78.6 percent.
