Ankara Metropolitan Municipality celebrated the “November 24 Teachers' Day” of teachers from the Capital with Poinsettia. The Department of Culture and Social Affairs visited approximately 1590 schools in the central districts of the capital and surprised the school principals and teachers with flowers such as the Atatürk Flower grown in the ANFA Plant House, cyclamen, kalanchoe and begonia. Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş also shared on his social media accounts, “The future will be the work of our valuable teachers. Happy Teacher's Day to all our teachers who illuminate our future with their endless devotion.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality did not leave the capital city teachers alone on the “24 November Teachers' Day”.

The Department of Culture and Social Affairs visited approximately 1590 schools in the central districts of the capital and surprised the school principals and teachers with many flowers such as the Atatürk Flower grown in the ANFA Plant House, and many flowers such as cyclamen, kalanchoe and begonia.

ABB President Mansur Yavaş shared on his social media accounts, “The future will be the work of our valuable teachers. Happy Teacher's Day to all our teachers who illuminate our future with their endless devotion.

“Metropolitan has not forgotten us”

School principals, who were given flowers on Teachers' Day, expressed their feelings with the following words:

Zeki Dağlı (Mamak Abidinpaşa Anatolian High School Principal): “On this special day, the Metropolitan did not forget us and graciously gave us flowers. This remembrance made me emotional, thank you.”

Ethem Külük (Altındağ Katip Çelebi Primary School Deputy Principal): “First of all, I congratulate our teachers on Teachers' Day. Thank you for being remembered with these beautiful flowers.”

Yaşar Keskin (Ankara Martyr Ömer Halis Demir Anatolian Imam Hatip High School Principal): “Teaching is a spiritually high profession. We are raising the people of the future. We are happy that this day was allocated to us. Thank you for presenting these beautiful flowers.”
