Tepebaşı Mayor, Dt. Ahmet Ataç met with Captain Pilot Mehmet Aksoyek from Eskişehir. Aksoyek donated a cabin supervisor uniform to Vecihi Hürkuş Aviation and Technology Park in addition to his own uniform.
Vecihi Hürkuş Aviation and Technology Park, which was taken over by Tepebaşı Municipality in December 2020, continues to be a center of attraction.
Tepebaşı Mayor, Dt. Ahmet Ataç also met with THY Captain Pilot Mehmet Aksoyek from Eskişehir at Vecihi Hürkuş Aviation and Technology Park. President Ataç, while giving information to Aksoyek about the center, stated that the name of the park was determined by the people of Eskişehir with an online survey. Stating that the Vecihi Hürkuş Aviation and Technology Park, which did not receive the necessary attention in the past, was visited by the citizens abundantly with the works carried out, Mayor Ataç stated that it is important for the citizens from outside of Eskişehir to visit the park as well as the people of the city.
Aksoyek also stated that he would be happy to contribute to the works for the Vecihi Hürkuş Aviation and Technology Park and donated his own uniform and a cabin supervisor uniform to be exhibited. Aksoyek said, “Finding such a beautiful place in this city where I was born, grew up and fell in love with… It is very nice that my profession, to which I have dedicated my life, has such a special place.”
Aksoyek, who toured the Vecihi Hürkuş Aviation and Technology Park in the company of President Ataç, expressed his gratitude by expressing that very successful works were carried out.
