A record increase was recorded in the import and export volume of Qinzhou Port in the new International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.

It was reported that the import and export volume of Qinzhou Port, located in the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, which aims to integrate the western region of China into the global economy, increased by 10 percent in the first 99,9 months of the year and reached 90 billion 430 million yuan.

According to the statistics made by the Nanning Customs Directorate, the import and export volume between Qinzhou Port and the countries on the Belt and Road route, especially Thailand and Indonesia, increased by 1,7 times in the same period, reaching 64 billion 350 million yuan.

Conveniences for customs clearance in Qinzhou port are constantly being increased. The number of container routes for foreign trade has reached 37, covering all major ports in ASEAN countries.

It was also stated that the import and export volume of Qinzhou Port in the new International Land-Sea Trade Corridor increased by 2017 times in January-October compared to the same period of 3,4.
