Minister Muhittin Böcekparticipated in the World Travel Market London (WTM) International Tourism Fair, which is among the most important tourism fairs in the world and hosts the main actors of the travel market and tourism professionals. Minister Muhittin Böcekintroduces Antalya to tourism professionals and participants at the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Stadium.

President Muhittin BöcekAt the fair, Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy also met with President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) Ersin Tatar. Mayor Insect met with representatives of municipalities, hotels and travel agencies participating in the fair from Antalya. President Insect stated that they accelerated their promotional activities in order for Antalya to get a larger share from the European market, and said that the fair was very productive. Minister Muhittin Böcek, “We are in London with our sector representatives to guide the tourism strategies of the future and to promote our Antalya. After the pandemic period, Antalya started to return to its old days. As the Metropolitan Municipality, we want to spread the tourism potential of Antalya to 12 months and increase the number of foreign guests coming to our city with alternative tourism initiatives. England is a very important market for Antalya. We held important meetings at the fair in order to increase the number of tourists coming from England to Antalya.
