In order to ensure that students in penitentiary institutions continue their formal education, branches can be opened in penitentiary institutions depending on the secondary education institution, regardless of the number of students.

It will be possible to transfer students who have earned the title of national athletes and athletes registered in Turkish Olympic preparation and athlete training centers from the preparatory, 9th, 10th and 11th grades of other secondary education institutions to sports high schools and Anatolian imam-hatip high schools that implement sports programs.

With the regulation, it was possible to carry out the transfer and transfer procedures of the children due to the change of duty place of the teachers, for once during the secondary education, without seeking the quota requirement.

In cases where it is not possible for students to access education (natural disasters, etc.), a regulation has been brought to allow students to be considered on leave by the local authority.

In the case of students who have passed from the 10th grade to the next grade in vocational and technical Anatolian high schools, if they want to change their field/branch, they are allowed to transfer until the end of September, provided that they are successful in the make-up training to be held in the summer term, which is responsible for the 9th grade vocational courses and 10th grade vocational courses.

In transfers and transfers from the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades of schools with a preparatory class to schools without a preparatory class, an arrangement was made in order to carry out the work and transactions according to the base score formed by the peers of the school to which the transfer and transfer will be made in the same academic year.

In order to reduce the exam intensity of students with responsible courses, the time to take the exam has been increased to two weeks.

A regulation has been made regarding the professions whose authority to open a workplace is determined by special laws or is subject to the permission of another institution.

An arrangement was made to issue a written warning with a positive disciplinary approach in the event that students who have not received any disciplinary punishment commit one of the behaviors that require reprimand for the first time.

In order to raise students as healthy individuals, possession or use of any product that does not contain tobacco but is used in a way that imitates tobacco products was included in the disciplinary items.

For the safety of students, bringing people who are not related to the school to school without the permission of the school administration was included in the disciplinary clauses.

A regulation was made to prevent the use of schools, hostels and annexes outside the determined rules.

Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, the acts of taking, recording and sharing images of school administrators, teachers, employees and other students without permission have been added to the disciplinary clauses.

Behaviors related to peer bullying were added to the discipline items.

An arrangement was made to support and develop positive behaviors in students with remedial, developmental or directive studies after the disciplinary punishments they received.

A unity of practice was achieved in the transfer of students who stay in the school boarding house with or without payment in case they receive a school change penalty.
