The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD) signed a contract with TESMEC for the supply of a highly innovative diagnostic tool integrated with measuring devices for the inspection of the railway network. This contract includes the design and construction of both the diagnostic tool and on-board diagnostic systems, as well as the training of local operators and inspection of diagnostic systems.
OCPD002 Rail diagnostic tool
Tesmec designs and manufactures diagnostic tools with integrated diagnostic systems for the unmanned diagnostic and data management platform. The diagnostic tools model OCPD002 is designed according to the latest European Standard EN14033 and is equipped with Diagnostic Measurement Systems used for diagnosis and maintenance on the National Railway Network. It consists of a main frame, bogies and a superstructure customized to the customer's requirement (cabins, diagnostic area, meeting room, kitchen area).
The vehicle is equipped with the following Diagnostic devices: Redundant Track Geometry System (Rail Profile and Wear) – Redundant Catenary Geometry and Wear – Diagnostic System for Keys
