Izmir City Theaters Played at the Full Box Office in October

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theater played sold-out during October, when it opened the season. The people of Izmir had enough of the theatre.

İzmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters (İzBBŞT), which met with theater lovers at İzmir City Theater İsmet İnönü Stage and Kültürpark İzmir Sanat throughout October, played all their plays to a sold-out box office.

The Izmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theater actors, who took the stage 13 times on two stages with four different plays throughout October, reached 4 ticketed audiences in a month.

Great interest in tours

Izmir Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters took the stage with the play “Azizname” in October as part of the 7th City Theater Festival organized by Adana Metropolitan Municipality City Theaters. The play “Azizname”, which was also staged at Gaziemir Atatürk Cultural Center upon the invitation of Gaziemir Municipality, received a standing ovation for minutes.

The first new game is on November 10

The new season of the City Theaters opened with the plays “Azizname”, “Mor Shalvar”, “A Disaster Celebration, Tavşan Tavşanoğlu” and “Robinson is Learning to Dance”, which started to be staged last year. The first new game of the season will be "My Humble Body". Written and directed by Yücel Erten, about the Izmir assassination attempt against Atatürk, “My Humble Body” will meet with the audience on the 10th of November, the anniversary of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk's death.
