Alo 174 Food Line Reported

Alo 174 Food Line, which was established by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in order to ensure the effective participation of the consumer in the food inspection mechanism, has been called 2,8 million times to date.

While consumers are actively participating in the food inspection process, more than 2009 million applications have been received to date for the 'ALO 174 Food Line', which we put into operation in 2,8 for this purpose. 905 thousand 511 of these calls were within the scope of food notices and complaints. 902 thousand 686 of these were concluded and criminal action was applied in the file related to 62 thousand 174 reports.

To date, 2020 thousand 0501 applications have been made to the 'WhatsApp Notification Line (174 0174 60), which was launched by the Ministry in 568. 14 of these notifications were within the scope of food notifications and complaints. 367 thousand 14 of them were finalized and criminal action was applied in the file related to 36 notifications.
