The 26th office of the Real Estate Service Partnership (GHO), which provides services in the real estate sector with the Turkish model consultancy system, was opened with a ceremony held in Aydın Efeler.
The opening ceremony of GHO Elite Gayrimenkul was attended by Aydın Chamber of Commerce President Hakan Ülgen, GHO Founder Hasan Can Çalgır, GHO General Manager Özkan Yalaza; GHO employees and many industry representatives attended.
Fatma Baldır, GHO Elite Real Estate Broker, said that they provide service with professional real estate consultants in their 300 square meter large offices on Şehitler Boulevard.
Stating that they have been following the GHO system for a long time and are happy to be a part of the GHO family, Baldır said, “We started to produce services in the real estate sector in Aydın under a corporate roof. In addition to real estate for sale and rent; We have an important portfolio with our team in all land sales and commercial areas. We are making important connections in the center and districts. We aim to become the largest real estate company in Aydın by enlarging our consultant staff. Both housing and land prices in Aydın have doubled in the last period. As GHO, we also share portfolios. After the speeches, Aydın Chamber of Commerce President Hakan Ülgen, GHO Founder Hasan Can Çalgır, GHO General Manager Özkan Yalaza, GHO Elite Real Estate Broker Fatma Baldır and Gürcan Baldır cut the opening ribbon with applause.
