The “Emergency Awareness Trip” organized for mentally handicapped individuals receiving service within the scope of the Metropolitan Municipality Mentally Disabled Day Living Center continues. Finally, mentally handicapped individuals visited the 112 Emergency Command and Control Center of the Provincial Health Directorate.

One of the services implemented by the Metropolitan Municipality for disabled citizens and serving under the umbrella of the Social Services Department, the Mentally Handicapped Day Living Center continues its activities.

Within the scope of the “Emergency Awareness Trip” organized by the Mentally Handicapped Day Living Center, individuals with mental disabilities visited the 112 Emergency Command and Control Center of the Provincial Health Directorate.

Here, 112 officers gave training to mentally handicapped individuals about emergencies and what to do. At the end of the visit, the 112 teams gave various gifts, while the families of the mentally handicapped individuals thanked Eskişehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Büyükersen, Provincial Health Directorate and Social Services Department.
