Ferhat Tepesi Cable Car Facility and Ferhat Tepesi recreation area development and management plan and the car park, daily and income generating commercial facilities located in the area of ​​the ropeway substation and the construction of all facilities for 29 years, including the construction period, will be leased.

From the TR Amasya Municipality: The contract between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, General Directorate of Forestry, Amasya Regional Directorate, Amasya Forestry Management Directorate and Amasya Municipality dated 18/01/2021 (Contract for the Lease of the Operation Right of Ferhat Tepesi B Type Recreation Area). In the sections 444, 445, 446, 447, 473, 474, income generating facilities in accordance with the B Type Recreation Areas Regulation and the Final Permit Commitment with File Number 2020-5-152-070-00067 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Department of Permit and Easement Within the scope of the scope of the contract, the construction of the car park, daily and income generating facilities in the Cable Car Facility and Cable Car Facility sub-station area to be built on an area of ​​8594,24 m2 (lot 222, parcel 2-3-4, parcel no. 1009, 1-2-3-4-7).
