ABB Takes Action to Establish a Counseling Center in Ulus

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) Cultural and Natural Heritage and Social Services Department took action to put a new Psychological Counseling Center into service.

Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB) Cultural and Natural Heritage and Social Services Department took action to put a new Psychological Counseling Center into service. Maintenance, repair and renovation works have started in the building in Ulus.

Bekir Ödemiş, Head of the Department of Cultural and Natural Heritage, gave information about the project and said:

“This building we are in is a registered building built in the 1940s. The building has been used as a clothing distribution center for many years. A psychological support center was needed in Ulus. Then we prepared the project immediately. Since it is a registered building, we got it approved by the Ankara Conservation Board. We worked with our Social Services Department. We, as the Department of Cultural and Natural Heritage, will re-prepare this building and deliver it to our Social Services Department. We aim to complete our building in February 2023.”
