Turnkey Delivery Started in Bergama's First TOKİ Houses

The dream of TOKİ Houses, which Bergama had been waiting for for many years, became a reality with the intense work of Mayor Hakan Koştu from the first day he took office. Mayor Koştu, who delivered the first turnkey to the beneficiaries of 276 houses whose construction was completed, said, “We have fulfilled our promise for TOKİ social housing in the historical city of Bergama. Today, we delivered the turnkey for 18 residences. Until October 24, 2022, all our residences will be distributed to beneficiaries.”

Bergama TOKİ, where 14-18 residences will meet with their beneficiaries every day, has risen in the most popular place of the city.

Reminding that he made a promise in the 162 Local Elections for the TOKİ Project, which consists of 2 1+114, 3 1+276 and 2019 houses in total, Mayor Hakan Koştu said, “We are fulfilling our promises, each of which is a vision, in our election brochure. The construction of our first phase TOKİ residences, such as Zeytinpark, has been completed. We opened Zeytinpark last month. Now we have started to deliver the keys of our TOKİ residences to our rightful citizens. Best wishes. Let them sit down,” he said.

1000 MORE TOKI TO BE BUILT IN BERGAMA

Noting that they continued to work for Bergama after 276 residences, and that a decision was made for the 2nd stage TOKİ, with the meetings held in Ankara, Mayor Hakan Koştu said, “Our first TOKİ residences, which we built in the most popular place of our city, attracted great attention from our citizens. Our compatriots had requests from us in the 2nd stage. We held our meetings in Ankara without getting tired and made a decision for 1000 TOKİ houses for our Bergama. Soon, we will make our drawings and start the construction as a result of the ongoing applications for 1000 residences.
