The foundations of the first phase of the “My First Home, My First Workplace” project, the biggest social housing move in the history of the Republic, announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on September 13, are laid on October 40, 25 days later. Within the scope of the "My First Home, My First Workplace" project, implemented by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and the Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ), the first foundations of 17 social housing in 5 provinces will be laid with a mass ceremony to be held in the Sincan district of Ankara with the participation of President Erdoğan. . While the number of citizens applying to the project exceeded 615 million, the number of requests whose official applications were completed reached 7,5 million 4 thousand. The biggest social housing move in the history of the Republic, “My First Home, My First Work Place” project, which President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan shared with the public on September 13, will be presented to the citizens as 81 thousand social housing, 500 million residential land and 1 thousand workplaces in 50 provinces.

In the first stage, within the scope of 250 thousand social housing projects, in the first stage, 2 thousand 171 in Ankara, 458 in Kırşehir, 141 in Yozgat, 206 in Konya, 210 in Kahramanmaraş, 158 in Diyarbakır, 88 in Elazığ, and Tunceli 118, 158 in Erzurum, 87 in Amasya, 206 in Bolu, 595 in Zonguldak, 364 in Afyonkarahisar, 158 in Uşak, 78 in Manisa, 265 in Aydın and 154 in Muğla. With the “My First Home, My First Workplace” project, citizens; They will be able to live in peace in their earthquake-resistant, solid and secure houses. Local and horizontal architecture will be preferred in the residences within the scope of the project, and the residences will be built not exceeding 5 floors. The houses, where environmentally friendly building materials will be used, will be built in harmony with zero waste, energy efficiency and renewable energy systems.

• Citizens will be able to own 2+1 residences in monthly installments of 240 thousand 2 liras with a maturity of 280 months. It will be possible to access 3+1 residences with monthly installments of 240 thousand 3 liras with a maturity of 187 months.
• Applications for 250 thousand social housing in the first phase of the "My First Home My First Work Place" project, which started on 14 September, will continue until 31 October.
• Applications made via e-Government will end on October 28.
• The draws will be drawn in stages, until March 2023.

“Citizens will be able to have affordable housing!”

To the residences to be built through TOKİ, who have resided within the borders of the project province for at least 1 year or are registered with the population of the province where the project will be implemented, who do not have a residence registered in the land registry on himself, his wife and children under their custody, who have not bought a house through TOKİ before, have completed the age of 18 Turkish citizens can apply.

• Only one application can be received from a household for social housing.
• Only one application will be accepted between spouses in the same household.
• Young people over the age of 18 in the same household can make a separate application for themselves.
• In social housing, 20% quota will be reserved for young people, 20% for retirees, 5% for relatives of martyrs and veterans, and 40% for citizens with a disability of 5% or more.
• Citizens born after 14/09/1992 can apply for the youth category.

Except for the families of martyrs, the disabled of war and duty, and their widows and orphans, the monthly household income must be a maximum of 18 thousand liras net for Istanbul and a maximum of 16 thousand liras throughout the country.

• The application fee is determined as 500 TL.

While the number of our citizens applying for social housing within the scope of the “My First Home, My First Workplace” project exceeded 7,5 million, the number of applications for which official applications were completed reached 4 million 900 thousand.

“ 1 million residential land with infrastructure opportunity for those who want to build their own house in the 'My First Home Land' project!”

Implemented so that citizens can build their own houses “My First Home Land” Within the scope of the project, 350 million residential plots will be offered in 81 provinces and 694 districts on an area of ​​1 million square meters.

The land locations were determined to be 40 percent in city centers and 60 percent in districts.

• The electricity, water and stabilized road infrastructures have been completed, the zoning plan has been made and the housing plots ready for construction will be completed in stages in 2 years and presented to the citizens.
• The beneficiaries will build their own houses within 2 years.
• 1 million residential plots are divided into two as detached and joint. Detached residential plots will consist of areas of 150 to 350 square meters, which are suitable for housing a maximum of 500 square meters.
• On the other hand, the common housing plots will be suitable for building buildings that will not exceed the ground plus 4 and 5 floors. If the beneficiaries obtain a majority and request assistance in construction, technical, legal and construction support will be provided by the TOKİ Presidency.
• Plots of 350 to 500 square meters with a ready-made independent infrastructure will be offered to our citizens in installments starting from 1604 liras, with a maturity of 10 years, interest-free.
• On the other hand, common lands will be offered to citizens with installments starting from 937 liras and with a maturity of 10 years.
• 1/10 of the land allocation price can be paid in cash and the rest can be paid in 9 years, in monthly or annual equal installments and interest-free.
  Installment payment date; After the down payment is paid, the borrowing date starts from the contract signing date. It is 1 year later. The installments can be paid in 1 equal installments over 9 years in annual installments, or in monthly installments in 9 months, starting 108 year after the down payment is made. However, only one of the monthly or annual contract types will be preferred at the contract stage.
• The title deeds of the lands whose plans have been approved and whose beneficiaries are determined will start to be given as of December.
• TOKİ Presidency will carry out the infrastructure works of the lands.

“What are the requirements to apply for 1 million residential land?”

For 1 million residential plots for citizens who dream of building their own house, being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey, being over the age of 18, and residing within the borders of the municipality to which they will apply are sought.

There is no additional quota on the land.

• Monthly household income (himself, spouse and children under 18), net 16 thousand liras for Istanbul 18 thousand liras must be. • Young people over the age of 18 in the same household can apply independently.

• The application fee is determined as 500 TL.

Citizens applying for a social housing project can also apply for a land project. If the person draws both a house and a plot of land, he will be able to choose only one.

“The deadline for citizens who want to own a residential land is November 7!”

Citizens who want to own a residential land with a ready infrastructure can apply until 7 November 2022. Since the first applications started on October 10, 2022, 525 thousand people applied for the land ready for housing.

“Unique project for citizens who want to start their own business: My First Workplace”

In the "My First Work Place" project, 10 thousand workplaces will be built in the first stage. It is planned to build 7 thousand workplaces in 2023 regions of Turkey in a 2028-year period covering 5-50.

• Being registered with the population of the province where the project is located or operating within the borders of that province.
• Be at least 18 years old as of the date of application.
• To have Certificate of Mastery, Certificate of Establishment of a Business, Registration Certificate of the Related Chamber, Tax Certificate, and one of the documents showing the information about e-Commerce.
• Not having a place of business owned by himself, his spouse and their children under 18 years of age.
• Citizens applying for 29 thousand workplaces in 10 provinces will be able to pay with a 10 percent down payment in installments starting from 2 thousand 633 liras, with a maturity of 120 months.

Applications for the “My First Place of Work” project, which started on October 10, will continue until November 7. The number of citizens applying to the workplace has reached 45 thousand.

A giant investment of 900 billion liras: “My First Home, My First Workplace”

With the "My First Home, My First Workplace" project, a huge investment value of 900 billion liras in total will trigger 450 sub-sectors and provide an economic activity of more than 2 trillion liras.
