The site has been delivered for the Cedit Urban Transformation Project carried out by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality and TOKİ. En-Sa Yapı ve İnşaat company, which won the tender, started the construction site installation. Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Urban Transformation Department announced that the rent assistance of the beneficiaries has been increased before the works to be started soon.
PLACE DELIVERY MADE
The tender for the Cedit Neighborhood Urban Transformation Project, carried out jointly by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, was concluded on 28 July. The site was delivered to En-Sa Yapı ve İnşaat company, which won the tender, by the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) as of September 30, 2022.
THE SITE IS ESTABLISHED
En-Sa Yapı ve İnşaat company has started the construction works in the area. Within the scope of the Cedit Neighborhood Urban Transformation Project, 105 residential and commercial areas will be built. Landscaping will also be done.
RENTAL AID INCREASED TO 1700 TL
Within the scope of the Cedit Neighborhood Urban Transformation Project, the rent assistance of the beneficiaries was also increased. In the statement made by the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality Urban Transformation Department, it was stated that the monthly rental assistance amount to the beneficiaries was increased from 1.300 TL to 1.700 TL.
