Eastern Express Delayed 2 Hours Due to Rock Falling on Rails

The Eastern Express, which made the Kars-Ankara expedition, was delayed for 2 hours due to the rock falling on the rails at the Sarıkamış Top Mountain location.

On the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars Railway line, the piece of rock that broke off from Top Mountain fell on the rails while the freight train was passing. The railway line was closed due to a piece of rock falling on the rails.

While the work was started by the crews on the closed railway line, the Eastern Express was not allowed to depart from Kars Station. The Eastern Express, which was kept at the train station for about 2 hours, departed from the train station with a delay when the rock was lifted on the rails.
