Mercedes-Benz Türk, which started to renew the laboratories of vocational and technical Anatolian high schools in 2014 within the scope of the “Our EML is the Star of the Future” program, most recently renovated the Mardin Mimar Sinan Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Laboratory.

With the program, it is aimed to support the training of the equipped human resources needed for the production of the country by contributing to the achievement of the qualifications and equipment that will meet the expectations of the industry.

Within the scope of the program, a truck is donated to each school equipped with special equipment for technological education, on which practical training will be carried out.

The “Our EML is the Star of the Future” program, implemented in cooperation with Mercedes-Benz Türk, Mercedes-Benz Automotive, Ministry of National Education and Mercedes-Benz Authorized Dealers and Services, and has been carried out since 2014, aims to create added value for Turkey in vocational training and employment. continues. Finally, Mardin Mimar Sinan Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Laboratory was renewed within the scope of the program, which aims to support the training of the equipped human resources needed for the production of the country by contributing to the achievement of the qualifications and equipment that will meet the expectations of the industry with the education they receive at the Mercedes-Benz Laboratories (MBL). To the MBL opening ceremony held on October 21, 2022; Mercedes-Benz Türk Dealer Network and Business Development Director Hüseyin Çelik, Mardin Deputy Governor Abdullah Demirdağ, Kızıltepe District Governor and Kızıltepe Deputy Mayor Fatih Cıdıroğlu, MEB Social Partners and Projects Department Head Korkut Koçak, Mercedes-Benz Authorized Service Yapı-San General Manager Abdurrahim Kolbaşı, Mimar Sinan Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Principal Bülent Yıldız, teachers and students attended.

Making a speech at the ceremony, Mercedes-Benz Türk Dealer Network and Business Development Director Hüseyin Çelik drew attention to the importance of supporting vocational and technical education. Çelik said, “We aim to train well-equipped personnel for our country in Mercedes-Benz Laboratories opened within the framework of our EML's Star of the Future Programme. With the program, we contribute to the achievement of the qualifications and equipment that will meet the expectations of the industry and support the training of the human resources needed for the production of the country.

Goal: To train well-equipped human resources for our country

More than 2 students have received training within the scope of our EML's Future Star program. Mercedes-Benz authorized service centers employed MBL graduates for 500 out of every 3 new graduates. On the other hand, while 1 percent of MBL graduate students participate in working life, most of the graduates who are employed continue to work in the automotive sector.
