Samsun Metropolitan Municipality TEKNOFEST did not forget orphans in the Black Sea. The wishes of the children who wanted to visit the festival were fulfilled. Then the children who participated in the program thanked the Metropolitan Municipality.
Samsun Metropolitan Municipality showed 20 orphan children and their mothers residing in Ilkadım District of Turkey's groundbreaking Aviation, Space and Technology Festival. The children who participated in the sightseeing tour organized by the Social Services Department examined the stands set up at TEKNOFEST, hosted by Samsun Metropolitan Municipality under the execution of the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and received information about important projects.
Children and their families, who watched the demonstration flights in Turkey's biggest technology event, which was flooded with visitors, were amazed by the festival. After the tour, the children thanked Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir and said, “It was a nice trip. We made new friends. Also, the planes were beautiful. Thank you to our president. From now on, the Metropolitan Municipality has a special importance for us," he said.
