STM, one of the leading companies of the Turkish defense industry, exhibited the ADEX 2022, 'Underwater Transportation Vehicle' submarine for the first time at the Azerbaijan International Defense Industry Fair. Speaking to Defense Turk about the Underwater Transportation Vehicle exhibited with the STM500 submarine, STM General Manager Özgür Güleryüz said that within the scope of the ADEX 2022 Fair, STM highlighted military naval platforms and tactical mini-UAV systems.

We had the opportunity to exhibit the STM500 at a fair for the first time. There is great interest. The product we are displaying on the STM500 is a manned underwater vehicle. A vehicle that can be used by special forces and can carry up to 6 personnel. It was developed specifically for landing or conducting operations in certain areas. The concept is not limited to this. We are also working on unmanned submarine vehicles with the STM500. STM500 is a product we designed with our own resources. STM500 Exhibited for the First Time in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan International Defense Industry Fair ADEX 2022, one of the important defense fairs of the South Caucasus and Central Asia region, will take place at Baku Expo Center on 6-8 September 2022. STM exhibited the small-sized national submarine STM4 for the first time at the ADEX fair, which will be held for the 500th time this year.
